CARROT - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
10 med. carrots, sliced steamed
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 lb. onions, sliced & sauteed
5 slices cubed bread
1 clove garlic
Dill
Oregano
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3-4 eggs

Place cubed bread, garlic, dill and oregano in an oiled dish. Cover with mushrooms, onions and carrots. Pour sour cream mixed with eggs on top and cover with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 10.
