BACON-GREEN PEPPER DIP 
16 oz. softened cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained & crumbled (save fat)
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. red onion, finely diced
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in bacon and reserved table fat and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with raw vegetables and assorted crackers and chips.
