ARTICHOKE CHILI DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (not marinated)
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded & chopped
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine the chopped artichoke hearts, chili peppers, cheese and mayonnaise. Turn mixture into 8" round baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with chips or bread sticks.
