NO CRUST PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk

Beat eggs slightly. Add honey, spices, salt, and pumpkin. Add undiluted evaporated milk. Butter a deep 9-inch pie pan. Bake in slow 325 degree oven 1 hour or until knife blade comes out clean. Cool thoroughly before cutting. Serve in pie-shaped wedges topped with honey sweetened whipped cream.
