1 c. chocolate cake, baked
3 c. chocolate instant pudding, prepared as directed
12 oz. Cool Whip, defrosted
4 frozen Heath bars, smashed to Smithereens
1/3 c. Kahlua liquor (more is really sinful)

Cut or break the cake into small pieces. Place 1/3 cake into large or tall glass bowl. Drizzle 1/3 kahlua over cake. Spoon 1/3 of pudding over cake and cover with 1/3 Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1/3 Heath bar pieces. Make 3 layers and let sit, covered with cellophane wrap all day in refrigerator.
