OATMEAL RAISIN ROUNDS 
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter

Gradually add:

2 c. sugar

Cream well.

Add:

2 unbeaten eggs

Beat well blending in dry ingredients.

Stir in:

2 c. quick cooking oatmeal, ground

Add:

1 1/2 c. ground raisins
1/2 c. ground nuts

Shape by rounded teaspoons into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in flour. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until light brown.
