GLAZED PEACH CREME | |
2 sm. pkgs. peach Jello 2 c. boiling water 3/4 c. cold water 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can sliced peaches or 1 fresh peach, sliced Dissolve 1 package Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thick. Dissolve second package Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add ice cream. Stir until melted and smooth. Pour into serving bowl, chill one hour until set but not firm. Put peaches over it; top with clear gelatin. (Clear gelatin should be the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.) Serve plain or with whipped cream. Serves 8. |
