FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 lb. pitted bing cherries, drained
4 drops red food coloring, optional
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/5 tsp. salt
1 banana, diced
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine above ingredients. Spoon into paper baking cups. Place in muffin pans. Freeze. Serve frozen.
