COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 carton cottage cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice, grated lemon rind
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 milk
Graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together cottage cheese, butter and egg. Blend in sugar and flour. Stir in milk, lemon juice and rind. Pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes; cool until set.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix together and press into pie pan.
