SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

GRAVY:

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Shape your meatballs and drop into hot fat. Brown meatballs and then remove from fat. Make gravy in same pan then return balls to gravy to cook 15 to 20 minutes.

Directions for Gravy: Stir flour into fat, add paprika, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Stir in 2 cups hot water and then 3/4 cup sour cream.
