EASY SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
1/2 lb. ground chuck 1/2 lb. ground sausage 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cooked rice 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. bread crumbs 1 can mushroom soup Mix well meats, salt, rice, egg, onion, and bread crumbs. Form small meatballs. Brown in skillet and drain off excess fat. Add mushroom soup and 1 can water. Cover and cook on low approximately 1 hour. |
