FANNIE MAY FUDGE 
2 (8 oz.) Hershey Chocolate bars
2 sticks of butter
2 lbs. of sugar
1 c. of regular milk
25 to 30 large marshmellows
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3 plus cups of chopped nuts

Melt butter in heavy pan. Mix in sugar, add milk. Stir all the time. Add marshmellows, let marshmellows melt stirring all the time. Bring to a boil. Add cut up chocolate bars and chocolate chips. Keep on heat until chocolate is melted. Stirring all the time. Take off burner and add all chopped nuts. Pour into a jelly roll greased pan (grease pan with oil or butter). Makes about 5 pounds.
