BANANA BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
7 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 tbsp. almond extract
1/2 tbsp. rum extract
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Mix sugar, butter, eggs, bananas and extracts. Combine flour and soda. Add to sugar and egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 1 hour.
