HOT BEEF SANDWICHES 
1 (3-4 lb.) roast
1 pkg. of beefy onion soup mix
1 or 2 cans of Franco American beef gravy
Salt
Pepper
2 c. water

Roast in the beefy onion soup mix with about 2 cups of water for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Then shred the roast, put in slow cooker with 1 or 2 cans of gravy (depends on how juicy you want it). Season with little salt and pepper. Heat on low until ready to serve on buns. Works great for party or whatever.
