VENISON STEW 
1-2 lbs. dear meat (chops or roast or steaks)
4 med. potatoes
2 carrot sticks
2 celery sticks
1 med. onion

Cut meat into cubes. Brown. Add 4 cups water and 1 package beef stew mix. Turn heat to low, simmer for 2 hours. Add diced potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. Cook until vegetables are done.
