2 c. sugar
2 c. unsifted self rising flour
1 tbsp. allspice
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 jars plum baby food
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. cooking oil (Mazola)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 10 minutes.

Glaze (optional) : Mix together 1 cup confectioner's sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice and drizzle over the cake while still warm.
