VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 tube pkgs. crescent roll dough 1 "Lite" cream cheese 1/3 c. light mayonnaise Fresh vegetable bits (may be broccoli or cauliflower flowerets, radish, cucumber, or zucchini slices, grated carrots or bits of tomatoes, etc. Soften the crescent roll dough and pat out to cover pizza pan completely. Large pan takes most of 2 packages. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise and spread over crust. Arrange vegetable bits to cover the top in alternating colors and textures. Refrigerate until time to serve. Cut into narrow pie-shaped wedges. |
