SIX WEEKS MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt (or less)
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix raisin bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in large mixing bowl. Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Use as desired. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
