GOBBLY GOOP 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix melted butter, flour and nuts in baking dish (approximately 9"x9"). Pat flat and even. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

MIDDLE:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Beat together, spread on crust.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Blend together until thickens. Spread on above. Keep in refrigerator.
