GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 lg. c. Grapenuts
1 qt. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. seedless raisins
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Speck of nutmeg

Put Grapenuts into bowl, pour over them one pint of milk, which has been scalded. Let stand until cool. Beat the eggs and sugar, add the rest of the cold milk. Combine with the first mixture. Add raisins, flavoring and butter and bake in 325 degree oven about one hour, stirring once when about half done. Serve hot or cold with cream.
