HAM BARBEQUES 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
2 c. stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vinegar
Dash ground red pepper
Dash ground black pepper
1 lb. chipped ham very thin
2 tbsp. flour

Mix together onion, catsup, stewed tomatoes, sugar and butter. Cook in a large saucepan and thicken with flour. Add 2 tbsp. of vinegar and keep adding vinegar until you get a desired taste. Add ground pepper to get desired taste. Add a little more flour and sauce will thicken. Add ham to mixture. Cook covered for about 10 minutes. Spoon onto rolls.
