SCALLOPED CARROTS 
4 c. carrots, cooked
1 onion, sauteed in butter
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
2 oz. sour cream
1/3 c. melted butter
1 can celery soup
Seasoned croutons

Combine carrots, onion, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and celery soup. Sprinkle with seasoned croutons. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
