CHEESE SWIRLS 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pimento, if desired
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chopped, pressed beef, ham or turkey

Melt cheese and cream cheese. Mix in rest and mix well. Layer meat on wax paper. Overlap well. Pour melted cheese mixture over meat. Cool 15 minutes. Role up like jelly roll. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate until cool. Slice thin and serve on Ritz crackers.
