3 c. thinly sliced unprepared zucchini
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Grease oblong pan. Mix all ingredients, spread into pan. Bake until golden brown, approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into pieces 2 x 1 inch.

Serves 12 plus.
