PEACHES AND CREAM PIE | |
3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 sm. box vanilla pudding (not instant) 3 tbsp. softened butter 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 16 oz. can sliced peaches (save juice) 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. peach juice Combine flour, salt, baking powder, pudding, butter, egg and milk. Beat for two minutes and pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Drain peaches and save juice; place peaches on batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice; beat two minutes. Spoon on top of peaches to within one inch of pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. |
