FRUIT ICE 
2 qt. warm water
1 c. sugar or liquid sweetener
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin (or another flavor)
2 tsp. almond extract
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, undiluted
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice

Combine water, sugar and gelatin in large container; stir until sugar and gelatin dissolves. Add extract, orange juice, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Freeze in covered containers.

AMOUNT: Approximately 3 1/2 quarts, about 28 (1/2 cup) servings.
