FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. butter, melted (1 stick)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool.

Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Add 2/3 cup granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Add by hand 1 small packages frozen strawberries (defrosted). Add 1 small container Cool Whip.

Place 1/2 of crumb mixture on the bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan. Put strawberry mixture in, then put the rest of the strawberry mixture on top.
