POUR PIZZA 
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 can (15 oz.) pizza sauce
(Opt. - 1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper, oregano)
2 to 3 c. mozzarella cheese
(Opt. - 4 oz. of pepperoni)
Mushroom, onions, black olives, whatever

Brown meat and drain fat. Add garlic salt and set aside. Combine flour, salt, oregano, milk and eggs. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into greased skillet (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch) or electric fry pan. Sprinkle with meat. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned under crust.

Combine extra spices (if desired) and pizza sauce and pour over pizza crust. Top with cheese and any other desired pizza ingredients. Bake until cheese is melted (5 to 10 minutes depending upon extra ingredients added). Serves 6 to 8.
