1 env. orange-flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
20 lg. marshmallows
1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add shredded cheese, pineapple, pineapple juice and chopped nuts. Chill mixture until partially set. Then whip cream and fold into gelatin mixture. Chill thoroughly until firm. Unmold on salad greens. (Use 4 1/2 cup mold.) Serves 4 to 6.
