HAMBURGER CUPS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. flour
2 1/4 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. diced onion, optional
1/8 lb. mozzarella cheese, optional
1 pkg. biscuits (12/pkg.)

Brown the ground beef on medium heat; drain. Then add all ingredients except cheese and biscuits. Cook a few minutes more. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cupcake pan with butter. Press biscuits in cupcake pan to form a cup. Fill each cup 2/3 full with meat mixture. Cook biscuits in oven at 350 degrees until they're golden brown (about 15 minutes). Grate cheese. As soon as cups are removed from the oven, sprinkle them with cheese.
