HEAVENLY HASH BROWN POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix first 7 ingredients. Spread into sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with crushed Corn Flakes. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
