TENDER HEART TARTS 
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 c. honey
1 1/4 c. dry milk
Jelly (I use strawberry)

Put peanut butter and honey in a bowl. Mix with a spoon. Add dry milk. Mix with your hands. Keep mixing until you have a smooth dough. Roll into a ball the size of a large marble. Press ball down, to make a round cookie. If you want, shape into a heart. Put a shallow thumb print in center of the cookie. Fill with a dab of jelly. Put on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
