SAUSAGE, POTATOES AND PEPPERS | |
1 pkg. Italian sausage, about 1 1/2 lb. 6 med. potatoes 4 green peppers 1 lg. onion Brown sausage in large skillet over high heat. Add sliced potatoes cut in half. Add chopped onion. Add green peppers, sliced 1 inch. Cover, cook over low medium heat. Stir to keep from burning about 20 minutes. Uncover. Remove sausage and cook potatoes another 5 minutes. Serve with sub rolls or garlic bread. |
