GRASS PIE 
2-3 pkg. (10 oz.) spinach, endive or escarole
Oil
1 tsp. salt and pepper
2 tbsp. hot pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 box hot roll mix

Cook greens - drain good.

Add oil to spinach enough to moisten good. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot pepper and grated cheese. Mix all together and let marinade several hours or overnight.

Prepare hot roll mix as per package except roll out after 5 minutes by dividing dough in half. Place on cookie sheet, put marinated spinach over dough, roll 2nd half of dough to the same size and place over top. Brush melted butter over top dough, poke holes in dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
