CANDY EASTER EGGS 
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. peanut butter

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape into eggs and chill.

COATING:

Melt 12 oz. milk chocolate chips in double boiler. Dip eggs in chocolate. After cooling, you may decorate with colored icing if desired.
