PASSOVER MACAROONS, LISA AND
NINA'S
 
CHOCOLATE MACAROONS:

2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. condensed milk
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan well (cookie sheet). Melt chocolate on low flame, add condensed milk. Stir until slightly thick. Add coconut - blend. Drop rounded teaspoons on pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Yield: about 24 macaroons.

VANILLA MACAROONS:

2/3 c. condensed milk
3 c. shredded coconut
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan well (cookie sheet). Mix ingredients and roll into balls. Bake 8-10 minutes. Yield: about 30 macaroons.
