STEAK TACO SUPPER 
Steak of choice, about 1 lb.
1/2 lb. ground beef
4 green onions
1/2 c. celery, sliced thin
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 pkg. gravy mix (dry)
1 green pepper
Water
1 tbsp. dried pepper (hot kind)
1 Jalapeno pepper
2 green chilies, diced or sm. can
1/4 c. salsa
Corn tortillas
Finely chopped lettuce
Grated Cheddar cheese
Oil

Slice steak in fine strips - dice vegetables. Brown ground beef and steak - add onion, celery, tomatoes, green pepper - simmer 10 minutes - add tomato paste and gravy mix and water to how you like; add dried pepper, Jalapeno, green chilies, salsa - simmer about 1 hour over low heat.

Chop lettuce and grate cheese. Fry corn tortillas in pan on oil and then drain on paper towel. Fill with meat mixture. Keep in warm oven in pan - add desired topping and serve.
