HOMEMADE SWEETENED CONDENSED
MILK
 
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Yield: 14 ounces. An economical way to make condensed milk for baking in large quantities.
