ORANGE-BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin

2 c. buttermilk 1 med. size Cool Whip

Put pineapple and juice in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over, and heat to boiling. Cool, add buttermilk and Cool Whip. Add pecans and/or butter, if desired.
