CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 or 2 heads cauliflower
2 bunches onions
1 sm. can ripe olives, chopped
Salt and pepper to suit
1 (8 oz.) bottle Buttermilk Ranch Dressing (or the dry mixed)

Break the cauliflower and cut in small pieces. Chop green onions and put chopped olives, salt and pepper and dressing. Mix all well. Will keep well in refrigerator.
