CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, 10 oz. each
3 c. milk
1 med. carrot, shredded
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli according to directions; save the water; add carrot, onion and milk, simmer 1/2 hour. Add soup and cheese, simmer 1/2 hour more.
