DIP FOR FRESH VEGETABLES 
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped parsley
3 green onions (about 4 inches in length)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. anchovy paste

Chop onions and parsley in blender. Add remaining ingredients, blend until mixed and light green in color. Use for dipping any vegetables.
