HAWAIIAN FISH FILLETS 
1 1/2 lb. haddock, flounder, or any white fish fillets
3 packets George Washington's seasoning and broth
1 lb. green pepper, cut into strips
1 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Sprinkle fish with 2 packets Washington's seasoning. Place in greased 1 1/2- quart oblong baking dish. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes.
