SHRIMP SPREAD 
2 sm. cans deveined shrimp, rinsed, drained & mashed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. cream
3 shakes Tabasco
1 tsp. grated onion
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Place cream cheese in mixing bowl to soften to room temperature. Add all ingredients except shrimp, blending well with electric mixer. Chill 6 to 8 hours to let seasoning blend. Add shrimp; blend. Serve as spread on crackers or as a sandwich spread. Can use as filling for miniature pastry shells. This recipe will fill 100 miniature shells. Add dash of paprika and chopped parsley to filled shells.

MINIATURE PASTRY SHELLS:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Let butter and cheese come to room temperature; blend with electric beater. Add flour and pinch of salt. Make into a ball and chill several hours. Pinch of pieces of chilled dough and press to fit into ungreased miniature muffin tins. Bake 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 5 minutes more until lightly browned.
