SHEPHERDS PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 c. onions 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. celery salt 3 c. mashed potatoes 1 c. shredded cheese Saute ground beef and onions. Drain off fat. Mix with other ingredients. Spoon in 1 1/1 quart shallow baking dish. Spread 3 cups mashed potatoes on top. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
