100 single square saltine crackers
1 small jar peanut butter
about 2 1/2 c. sweet white chocolate

Spread peanut butter between 2 saltines as to make a sandwich. Melt chocolate in microwave. Dip saltine sandwich in chocolate. Cool until set.
