1 large can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes, boiled
2 unbaked pie shells
2 tsp. allspice
1 stick butter
pecans (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 350°F until firm.
