1 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. chunky peanut butter
8 c. corn flakes

Lightly oil 13x9 pan. Mix corn syrup and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in cereal. Spread in prepared pan. Cover and cool in refrigerator until firm.
