CHEESE STRATA 
16 slices sandwich-style white bread
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz.)
4 c. milk
8 eggs

Cut each slice of bread into 4 triangles. Arrange half of the triangles in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat bread and cheese layers.

Beat milk and eggs. Pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for one hour.

12 servings.
