CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 (5 3/4 oz.) can of Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine first 5 ingredients until well blended. Swirl in chocolate syrup. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan or 13 x 9 pan. sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. If tube pan is used remove immediately.
